Step 1:

Remove the Top Cover and Pressure Bar
Open the top cover and take out the pressure bar. Confirm the positions of the A and B boards.

Step 2:

Insulate the Enclosure
Attach each epoxy board as shown in the diagram. Make sure there are no gaps between the boards.

Step 3:

Fit in the Battery Cells
Arrange the battery cells as shown in the diagram. Pay close attention to the correct orientation of the positive and negative
terminals.

Step 4:

Install the Busbars
Install the connection pieces (busbars) according to the diagram. Make sure the busbar model and position are correct.

Power on the BMS
Insert the ribbon cables and turn on the power switch. Check whether the display screen is powered on.
