The battery box and pack structure are combined with CAE structural simulation analysis to ensure structural strength while reducing the volume and weight of the battery system, thus improving energy density. CTS utilizes standardized cells and BMS to build 12V, 24V, 48V, and 72V battery modules, offering excellent scalability to meet diverse customer requirements and shortening the battery pack design cycle.

CTS has a highly skilled BMS development team. Our BMS features passive balancing by default, with the option for active balancing. Customers can customize BMS parameters on-site according to their specific applications, including communication protocols like CAN/RS485 and threshold settings for over/under-voltage protection, high current protection, and over/under-temperature protection.

CTS offers advanced capabilities in CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) simulations, enabling comprehensive thermal management and structural mechanics simulation design for pack systems. The thermal management solutions include air cooling systems, liquid heat and cooling systems, PI film heating, and silicone film heating, ensuring optimized performance and reliability.

CTS has its cooperated battery test laboratory. We will verify the battery DV / PV (design verification / production verification) stage in the laboratory to verify whether the design / production of the battery pack meets the design requirements. It includes temperature test, mechanical test, external environment simulation test, electrical safety test, battery performance test, abuse test and so on.
