To address the client's harsh operating conditions, we customized the CTS 614V 230Ah High-Voltage Lithium Battery System. The system features the following core advantages:
High-Voltage Platform: The 614V high-voltage design significantly reduces system current, minimizes heat loss, and greatly improves the power output efficiency of the entire machine.
High Energy Density: The 230Ah capacity ensures a long operating cycle for the trencher, even under severe working conditions.
Intelligent BMS Management: Equipped with an industrial-grade Battery Management System (BMS) to monitor voltage, current, and temperature in real-time, ensuring safety in extreme environments.

On-Site Installation: Overcoming the constraints of complex on-site mechanical structures, our engineers precisely completed the mechanical fixing of the high-voltage battery enclosure and the standardized routing of high-voltage and communication wiring harnesses, ensuring compliance with IP67 dustproof and waterproof standards.
System Commissioning: Utilizing proprietary commissioning software, the engineers optimized BMS parameters on-site and successfully established CAN communication interfacing between the battery system and the trencher's Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), ensuring zero-latency data transmission.
Full-Function Testing: Rigorous on-site testing was conducted, including static insulation tests, dynamic charge-discharge tests, and simulated full-load trenching operations. The test data indicated excellent temperature control under continuous high-load operations, with all performance indicators meeting or exceeding design expectations.
The client highly praised the excellent performance of the CTS high-voltage lithium battery system and the efficient, professional on-site technical support provided by our team.
